Elemental medicine

Earth, water, fire and air are four elemental energies that reside inside each and every one of us. When these elements are aligned life can feel more stable and almost, dare I say, peaceful. When they are not in balance life is challenging, confusing, and out of wack. We experience more stress, have emotional issues and it can manifest inside our bodies as illness. I have found the last few years that much healing can be found when we acknowledge and welcome the elements. Especially when we recognize how much we are connected to or out of touch with these fundamental energies.

I have spent the better part of my most recent healing journey working intensely and intimately with two of these elements, water and fire. I have worked closely respecting and building a relationship with them and in return I have received immeasurable earth medicine. My practices range from simple elemental embodiments to cold exposure and fire walking.

As I continue down this path, one of my focuses is on connecting with, accepting and embodying all four elements, in which ever way they chose to present themselves. Another intention I’ve set is to be able to share these experience and resources with readers such as yourself, so that we may serve as a reminder of these forgotten and ancient practices. I encourage you to continue down your personal path of growth and evolution. Allow the awakening of your mind, body and spirit to ensure you are operating at your highest vibrations, as each and every one of us is 100% capable. What are you waiting for?
