Our FIND YOUR VOICE program is designed to aid collegiate students with professional development, mentoring, and job placement, empowering them to confidently enter the workforce.
This program hosts two job fairs per year, providing valuable networking opportunities and direct connections to potential employers. Participants in the program also have the opportunity to intern with THIS IS IT NETWORK™, contribute content to our platforms, or become a network ambassador.

Our FIND YOUR VOICE Lunch + Learn at URBN was OUTSTANDING. Thank you, Aubrie Roszell and Tiffany Wilson, for providing your time, insights, and expertise to our high-energy conversation. On Friday, April 17th, we created a safe and brave space for the next generation of women professionals ready to lead with confidence and clarity.
In partnership with Campus Philly, this dynamic career development experience brought together college students and emerging professionals for an afternoon of connection and growth.
Hosted at the iconic Urban Outfitters Headquarters, this session was designed to help strengthen personal brands, gain real-world career advice, and discover how your story can create meaningful impact across industries.
