But here’s what I know for sure: you didn’t come this far just to stop now. KEEP GOING.
I’ve lived a life defined by transitions. New opportunities. New challenges. But one thing has always been constant—my drive to show up, to build something bigger than myself, and to be seen. I wasn’t raised to whisper. I was born to SCREAM MY DREAM™.
From competing as a Division I athlete to becoming a mother of two, from launching my first digital agency to creating a global streaming platform for remarkable women, I’ve learned that progress is never perfect—and growth never comes without grit.
Building THIS IS IT NETWORK™ wasn’t a glamorous overnight success. It was self-funded, passion-fueled, and community-built. There were late nights, quiet doubts, and loud failures, but I kept showing up because I believed in this mission and the power of community.
Every day through our network, I have the privilege of sharing the stories of women who are doing the impossible—juggling families, leading companies, writing books, starting movements. And yet, so many of them still ask: Am I doing enough? Is it working? Should I quit?
And to each of them, I say this: KEEP GOING.
Your dream matters. Your voice matters. Your story matters.
You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to keep showing up, one brave step at a time. That’s how momentum is built. That’s how legacy is made. That is how the impact is achieved.
I created the SCREAM YOUR DREAM™ movement because I knew there were too many remarkable women staying silent—waiting for permission to live out loud. You don’t need permission. You need practice. You need community. And you need consistency.
So if you’re tired… rest.
