Acknowledge where you are right now. Feel your feet on the ground and start to remember what led you here. Think about where you are – physically, emotionally, mentally, and in terms of your goals and dreams. If it is not where you want to be that is okay. 

Wherever you are, be there and be present. Don’t be preoccupied with the little things, don’t spend all your time on your phone or checking email – just be there. 

Take it all in. Observe, reflect, and feel gratitude for whatever you have and wherever you are. Nothing lasts forever, so enjoy now. There will always be time to grow, but at this moment find peace before you begin.
