Austin Welcomes WELEAD Women in Leadership: A Powerful Gathering at SXSW
On March 15th, an extraordinary group of women leaders will gather in Austin, Texas for a dynamic afternoon of conversation, collaboration, and leadership. Hosted during South by Southwest (SXSW), THIS IS IT NETWORK™ presents WELEAD Women in Leadership, powered by Zoom, a special event designed to spotlight the voices of women shaping the future of business, technology, and innovation.
Held at Brazos Hall as part of the SXSW Innovation House, WELEAD marks an exciting milestone for THIS IS IT NETWORK™ as it celebrates the global launch of its digital streaming platform. Founded by Cheldin Barlatt Rumer, CEO and Executive Producer, the network is dedicated to amplifying the voices of remarkable women through educational entertainment, authentic storytelling, and community-driven experiences.

WELEAD Women in Leadership embodies the heart of this mission. Designed as a space where ideas can be shared openly and authentically, the event brings together accomplished women who are navigating complex industries, driving innovation, and redefining what modern leadership looks like. The afternoon will feature five curated leadership conversations that offer honest insights into professional growth, visibility, and the importance of purposeful leadership.
