Eyeko “Black Magic Mascara” Product Review

As a loyal IPSY customer (and long-time fan), I’m always excited for the sample products I’ll get in the mail from them every month in my monthly “Glam Bag”. Last month, however, I got a product that completely revitalized my lashes and my overall look, and I just had to share.
Eyeko’s “Black Magic Mascara” transformed my lash look
Another simple sample, I thought, as I applied Eyeko’s Black Magic Mascara (in the sample size, courtesy of IPSY) for the first time– but soon I realized, this wasn’t like any mascara I’d used before. The Black Magic Mascara completely transformed my typically short, blonde eyelashes into stunning, long eyelashes and it didn’t clump!
Don’t get me wrong; I’d used volumizing mascara in the past, but that typically left me in a clumpy mess (where my lashes technically looked longer and darker, but only because they were clumped up with product, if that makes sense). Eyeko’s Black Magic Mascara, however, added an elasticity to each individual lash without clumping, and even made my bottom lashes look amazing! That’s especially huge, since we all know bottom lashes are notoriously difficult to apply makeup products to (especially black mascara, which can go on a bit dark on the lower lashline).
If you have shorter, lighter, “barely-there” eyelashes like I do (or just want to try a new product to revamp your eye-makeup look), I definitely recommend Eyeko’s Black Magic Mascara. It’s added elasticity and length to my lashes with each wear (without the clumps!), as well as kept my natural lashes in great health as of nearly three weeks of daily use.
