When you step outside of your comfort zone, even just a little, you make way for big transformation. Tara wants you to know, Tara hated gym class from elementary school on and the idea of working out alone in her house doing exercises that daunted her as a kid seemed impossible. She also, is a person who feels the need to complete a task once it is announced publicly. She used the latter to make sure she would follow through. Guess what? She didn’t die. She did some things she loved and hated and came out the other side lighter, more confident and she found those muscles she’d mourned earlier.
The point of her story is it is NEVER too late to begin on the path of becoming your best possible self. You don’t have to accept that it is just harder. You just need to SHOW UP for yourself in little ways every day of your journey, and you need to be kind to yourself along the way. She wants you to know you can strive for the things you want, and as your health coach she will act as your cheerleader, sounding board without judgement. Together you will examine what is holding you back so that you can move forward on the path to becoming your best self.
